Fresh Start 1 & 2

This blog entry sees the beginning of a new commissioned series starring Night Angel. In this story, which takes place in an parallel universe, Night Angel was a heroine named Phantom Lady before a ruthless biker gang captured and humiliated her. In a quest for vengeance and justice she assumes a new name and identity, striving to rise from the ashes of her compromised persona like the proverbial phoenix!

Yeah, you can guess how well that goes. Below are the first two images of what will be an eight-image series exclusive to this blog.

The starting point of the story, as some of you might recognize, is an older image of mine. It inspired my commissioner who developed into the larger story he's commissioned. Of course the original image was indeed created to illustrate a story, but a different one (specifically a Duster story titled "The Cage" which is part of The Domination Variations - Duster Volume 3). It's always fun to see how your creativity can inspire someone else's.

While my commissioner said I could just add the requested dialogue and narration to the original, I took the opportunity to improve the image. I created that pic almost exactly a year ago and I've learned some tricks (and acquired some content) since then. I didn't re-position the characters because I'd done a pretty good job of that the first time around and it's very time-consuming, especially when they're interacting (i.e. touching each other). But I did replace some hair and clothing props with better ones, changed some skin mats, adjusted the lighting, and put some makeup on Night Angel.

Now onto some new extras.

Daz had a big sale on their Genesis 2 back catalogue recently which I took advantage of. May was a really good month for me commission-wise so I had some cash for a little splurge. As I've said before, I like to take some of my commission earnings and re-invest them in this hobby of mine. (Is it still a hobby if I make some extra money from it? Regardless, I'm gonna keep calling it a hobby to ensure I keep enjoying it. 😉 )

Besides the usual investment in sexy clothing I also acquired a few new figures. Two of them really stood out. First of all this is Adalia, who is a figure based on Lilith 6.

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN. 😍 I definitely have to use her for something (uh, something artistic, of course). I'm a fan of curvy women and as you can see she's got 'em to spare.

Now check out this one:

That's Hannah and yes she bears a striking resemblance to a certain famous somebody. She is extremely alluring and beautiful. Again, I'll have to find a use for her. I checked my notes and was reminded that I had intended to use Hannah for my OC villainess Whiplash! But I wound up using Riya instead. The Daz Store has sales so frequently that I make it a rule never to buy something at full price. Riya came up on sale before Hannah did, so she got the nod. Which isn't such a bad thing, I don't want to have a pure lily-white roster of characters, after all.

So you can look forward to seeing those two beautiful characters in my work at some point in the future. It's been a while since I really cooked up any new female characters of my own so maybe they'll inspire me.

And now, as usual, it's time for Candy's Clothing Club! A few more images of my girl dressed in the latest digital fashions.

First up... Candy as Jessica Rabbit? Well, why not?

Yes, that's a new test pose. It's better to see both hands just in case the clothing prop on one is different from the other. And in case anyone cares, yes, I do sometimes adjust the "Breasts-Cleavage" setting for these images if I think it works better with the clothing prop.

Here's a few more. A sexy zombie apocalypse librarian (just go with it) and a couple of daring v-necks.

...and that's it for this update! But stay tuned, as Night Angel's raunchy adventure still has six sexy images to go!
